Online scheduling is new to our office. While we work out the flow of this new option it is only available for patients who have had a prior examination with Dr. Katie.
If you are new to our office please call us at 985-626-5568 to schedule an appointment.
What you need to know before you schedule:
- Same day online scheduling is not available at this time.
- We have a selection of appointments available for online scheduling. If you would like an earlier or later time slot please call 985-626-5568.
- Our office policy allows two family members to be seen on the same day. If you need three or more appointments consecutively please call our office.
- If your vision plan has changed please leave the new information in the appointment notes. We will need the Vision Plan Name, Member Name, Member Date of Birth and ID Number or Last 4 Digits of the Members Social Security Number.
- To make sure you are scheduled the correct amount of time with Dr. Katie please carefully review the appointment types offered before you make your selection.
- We do not offer online scheduling for Vision Therapy progress checks, Phone Conferences, Office Conferences, or Consultations.
- If the person you are scheduling an appointment for has never had an examination with Dr.Katie or you are unsure, please call our office before making an appointment online.
